The economic impact of tourism and travel over the world 

The travel and tourism industry is a big all-time growing industry around the globe. It has rapidly improved its share of the GDP of the world. World Travel & Tourism Council WTTC conducts its surveys from time to time regarding the economic and employment impact of this industry in 185 countries around the globe. As per a recent survey, the travel and Tourism industry contributed 10.4% to the Global GDP in the year 2019. After the covid-19 restriction in 2020, this share decreased to 5.5%.

Accessibility

Accessibility is to ensure easy access to tourists destinations, services, and products for all types of people without any social or physical restrictions. Many activities or places are attracting tourists but whether it is economical or easy for them to purchase or access it is important. If the services, products, or location are easy and economical then we say it is accessible tourism.

Accommodation

Accommodation is another main factor that impacts the overall growth of the tourism and travel industry. Quality, economic, eco-friendly, and accessible accommodation plays a vital role to attract tourists to the destination, product, service, and activity.

Amenities 

What is the want of the tourist or what he needs is called amenities?
